Subliminal Printed Metal Photo Signs

We were asked to reproduce some directory maps for around a unit complex. The client required two of each of directory signs per original substrates, which was engraved laser ply for outdoors. We used a laser engraved process for these signs.

The first was the unit complex directional sign to guide people throughout the unit complex. For the second map, we used Laser engraved signs being two maps of the utilities of the complex so gas and electrical locations.

Originally, we were going to use laser max outdoor grade and laser engrave the signs. However, that would mean using plastic and also since the utility map, was to be in colour we opted for a Metal Photo finish.

This is where the photo image is printed into Anodised aluminium, sublimation, and the finish is a class above laser engrave.

Once the Metal Photo maps were finished, we installed at agreed locations required.
