Line marking and road services

This project involved line-marking and speed hump installation at a Marrickville factory complex, they also needed some wheel stop bollards and no parking bollards as well but hadn’t decided on those at first. It entailed Sunday-only work, because the factory unit it is too busy to do the line-marking and Speed hump installation during the week.

They decided to add some Wheel stop bollards and no parking bollards for us to supply and install, so now we had line-marking, speed humps, wheel stops and bollards to do.

So, we did the line-marking first, after doing the recommended water blast cleaning of all area’s to be line-marked so as to remove any grease and grime etc.

The Line-marking scope of works was as follows:

• 300m of lines line-marked@ 100mm thickness,
• 48 car parking numbers line-marked, which was 78 digits, all with black non slip backing box,
• 4 x drain grills, which needed to be safety highlighted, yellow road mark painted around all the edges to nullify the trip Danger that it was unmarked.

We then installed the Speed Humps and Wheel stops.
